Metropolitan Museum of Art Visit
Since I need an excuse to test out picture formatting, I thought I'd write a little bit about my visit to the Met!
As part of an Art History class that I'm currently taking in college, I needed to choose a painting to write a paper on. The assignment requires that you go see the painting in person, and thankfully, the Met is free to all NYC residents! I definately intend on going again, since I only really got to see the European wing of the museum.
The actual painting I went there to see (Self-Portrait with Two Pupils by Adélaïde Labille-Guiard) is not pictured here. I only felt like I had to take pictures of the works that I wasn't expecting!
